Kevin Stoddard
Director of Operations
Kevin is responsible for all customer operations, including day-to-day customer support & onboarding. Kevin is passionate about implementing customer success best practices and fostering a customer-centric culture within iPower. By developing trusted, long-term relationships, his team drives adoption and revenue growth within our existing customer base.
The iPower inventory management program has enabled Goss Purchasing to achieve two strategic goals. One – focus our resources on material management for higher value, customer critical material. Two – achieve significant price reductions and increased inventory availability for the lower value, high volume product material.
The partnership with iPower has also give us detailed visibility into our consumption patterns, enabling our management team to monitor spend over thousands of components, reducing our overall costs without impacting the quality or delivery of our presses.

A major contributing factor to our success is the breadth and depth of industrial components and supplies available through our supply chain. Our network of suppliers has direct access to the very best OEM components and industrial supplies. Direct access means there is no pyramiding of margins when we quote you prices. There are also no transaction fees since we are in control of the replenishment system conducting the transactions from Purchase to Payment.
